In order for us to process refunds successfully please note the following:
- Email email@example.com within 24hrs of receipt of your product.
- We will not accept any returns without prior notification of the return and a valid receipt as proof of purchase.
- If a product has been authorized for a return by Exclusif, the customer has 7 business days in which to make the return
- The customer will be liable for the shipping cost involved when returning the product/products.
- The packaging and bottle must have no signs of visible damage.
- Any visible usage will require the discretion of Exclusif to assess replacement.
- Delivery fees cannot be refunded.
